Bonnie M. Wright, Esq.
Bonnie M. Wright is a graduate of St. John’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is a member admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Ms. Wright is an active member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association. Ms. Wright has been a member of the Firm since 2002.
Ms. Wright’s primary area of practice is transactional and business law, which includes residential and commercial real estate; business sales and purchases; business formation; and contract preparation, review, and negotiation. Ms. Wright also practices in the areas of guardianships and estate litigation; municipal court, civil litigation and foreclosure defense.
Michael D. Prashad
Michael D. Prashad is an associate with the Firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, corporate and business law. In addition, Mr. Prashad regularly appears in municipal courts to represent clients charged with motor vehicle traffic violations including DWI’s. Mr. Prashad graduated from the prestigious Peddie School located in Hightstown, New Jersey. He then received his B.S. in Finance while studying Economics and Spanish from Bentley University in 2007. In 2010, he received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. While at law school, Mr. Prashad achieved rankings on the Dean’s List and received an award for his legal writing skills. Mr. Prashad is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Prashad initially began his affiliation with this Firm as a law clerk in the summer of 2008 after finishing his first year of law school. He rejoined the firm as an associate attorney in January 2012.
Matthew Rasmussen is a member of the Hanlon Niemann litigation practice. He received his Juris Doctorate from Washington & Lee School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University. At law school, Mr. Rasmussen was a member of the Washington and Lee Moot Court Team and coach to an undergraduate and law school Mock Trial team.
Mr. Rasmussen previously clerked with the firm during the summer of 2011 before his law school graduation and continued with the firm until becoming a full time associate. He is now admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, U.S. Federal District Court, and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
